It is advisable to wash the girdle every 2 days, but everything will depend on the treatment or use you give it daily. Handwash your girdle with mild or neutral soap. Do not squeeze or twist it with your hands. We recommend you drying it in the shade. Do not dry it in tumble dryers as the heat damages the fibers and can cause your girdle to deform or lose strength. Returned merchandise must meet the following requirements to be accepted for exchange or in-store credit:

2. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
