Remember that it is very important that your girdle size is correct for you to avoid any type of discomfort. If at any time you have discomfort or pain, we recommend not to wear your girdle for prolonged periods of time or stop using it. The use of this garment is under the sole responsibility of the user.

It is normal that during the first days your girdle feels very tight. After using and washing it, the girdle becomes more flexible. An easy way to make it more flexible is to let it soak for 30 minutes in fabric softener and continue washing it by hand.

It is recommended to wash your girdle every 2 days, but it depends on the use you give it daily. It is important that you wash your girdle by hand with mild or neutral soap. You should not squeeze or twist it with your hands. We recommend drying it outdoors in the shade. It should not be dried in tumble dryers as heat damages the fibers and can cause your girdle to deform or lose strength. Remember that proper cleaning of your girdle will determine its life span.

Once you have received your purchase confirmation email, we will ship within 24 hours (Monday through Friday) through FedEx. The approximate delivery time is 2 to 7 business days for Mexico and the United States, for the rest of the world the delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 business days.

All our products have free shipping in Mexico and the United States. * In countries that do not have the USPS (United State Postal Service), the shipping cost for another service will be quoted and the customer will cover the cost.

When we make your shipment you receive a notification to your email indicating the order number and the tracking number, with it you can see where your package is and the estimated date of delivery to your home. Shipping to Mexico: Track shipment HERE. (Please ONLY enter your guide numbers, not letters. Ex: FEDEX 812720710000 enter only 812720710000).

To modify or change your shipping address you must contact us as soon as possible, indicating your order number and situation. Attention: If your order has been sent, it is not possible to modify the address. Contact us to help you.

If at the time of delivery you are not at your address, the shipping company may leave it with any person of legal age who is at the registered address. If there is no one to receive the order, a new attempt will be done the next business day. The shipping company will make up to 2 delivery attempts before being returned to our offices. We recommend that you contact the shipping company to get to a solution on delivery.

Contact us by email, remember to include your order number or write to our chat. Check our customer service hours. NOTE: In FedEx the current status of your shipment can take up to 24 hours to be available. We suggest you check it several times during that time. If more than 24 hours have passed and you still can't track your order, please contact us.

Contact us via email to info@solbeautyandcare.com indicating that your product sent does not correspond to the one you purchased. Do not forget to include your order number and the name with which you made your purchase, we will contact you within the next 24 hours. We will indicate the process of returning the product and resending the correct one. In these cases the return does not have any additional cost. IMPORTANT: The product must not be used and must be returned in its original condition, with packaging and labels.

We do not make changes in used / worn garments. We recommend you to consult our guide before buying. NOTE: If your exchange is valid but the product you want is not available at that time, you can wait for it to be available or change for a product that is available at the same cost or higher (paying the difference). WE DO NOT MAKE REFUNDS

We only exchange products that have NOT been used / tested and that have complete packaging and labels. If you meet the above criteria you have up to 7 days from the delivery of the product. Write to us at info@solbeautyandcare.com and request your exchange. We will reply to you within the next 24 hours after receiving your email and we will indicate the exchange process. ATTENTION: The cost of sending exchanges must be covered by the client. The total amount may vary depending on the location (It is required to send a prepaid guide to expedite the shipment). * We do not make money refunds and the exchange per order only applies once.

During the production of our products, we follow a strict quality control to ensure that each of our girdles meet our high standards. However, there may be cases where your girdle may suffer some damage during manufacture. If your girdle has a detached clasp or a seam is damaged, you have up to 7 days after receiving your girdle to call your guarantee. If your purchase applies for a repair, you will have to send your girdle to our offices. If this is your case, contact us at info@solbeautyandcare.com and explain your situation. Our experts will contact you as soon as possible to evaluate your case and they will notify you if you qualify for a repair or exchange. All the expenses related to the shipment and transfer of your garment must be covered by the client. The garment repair time is 7 to 10 business days. Shipping time is 5 to 7 business days. ATTENTION: If the cause of the defect of your garment is due to the incorrect selection of size or the abuse of the product (garment misused, badly washed, etc.) we will not be able to make you repair, change belt or refund your money.

Our products have a 7-day warranty period from the day of delivery on manufacturing defects. Defects or malfunctions due to incorrect use, abuse or manipulation of the material or wear due to normal use of it (damage to seams, poor washing, breaks, etc.), will not be recognized as guarantee.
