your girdle has a detached clasp or a seam is damaged, you have up to 7 days after receiving your girdle to call your guarantee. If your purchase applies for a repair, you will have to send your girdle to our offices. If this is
your case, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain your situation. Our experts will contact you as soon as possible to evaluate your case and they will notify you if you qualify for a repair or exchange. All the expenses
related to the shipment and transfer of your garment must be covered by the client. The garment repair time is
7 to 10 business days. Shipping time is 5 to 7 business days.
ATTENTION: If the cause of the defect of your garment is due to the incorrect selection of size or the abuse of the product (garment misused, badly washed, etc.) we will not be able to make you repair,
change belt or
refund your money.
